Thank you for shopping with Calico Poppy Studio! Every order is prepared with care, whether it's a digital download, a fine art print, or a custom heirloom piece.

Processing Times

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately after your payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a download link by email and/or through your order confirmation page.

Physical Products

Most in-stock physical products are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom products, including Legacy Books, personalized gifts, and made-to-order items, require additional production time. Processing typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. We will keep you informed throughout the design and production process.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipping Delays

Calico Poppy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Postal carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your item arrives damaged, please include photographs of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
