Return & Refund Policy

At Calico Poppy Studio, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. My goal is for you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If your physical artwork or product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so I can evaluate the issue and work toward the best possible solution.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible. Please contact me before returning any item, as returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Because many items are created, printed, or personalized specifically for each customer, certain purchases cannot be returned or refunded. These exceptions are listed below.

Legacy Books

Legacy Books are custom-designed heirloom keepsakes created specifically for each client. Because every book is personalized and requires consultation, design, editing, and production, design fees, consultation fees, and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Clients will have the opportunity to carefully review and approve a final proof before their Legacy Book is sent to print. Once final approval has been given, Calico Poppy Studio cannot be responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, image placement, formatting, or other details that were approved during the proofing process.

Because each Legacy Book is custom created, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after production has begun or after the final proof has been approved. If your printed Legacy Book arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will gladly work with my printing partner to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

My goal is to create a beautiful heirloom that preserves your family's stories, memories, traditions, and milestones for generations to come. I am committed to making the entire experience thoughtful, collaborative, and meaningful from beginning to end.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including printable artwork, journals, planners, templates, guides, and other downloadable products, are delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, all digital sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your files or believe you received an incorrect file, please contact me. I'll be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital downloads and other electronically delivered products

• Custom or personalized artwork

• Design fees, consultation fees, and deposits for Legacy Books once work has begun

• Custom Legacy Books after the final proof has been approved or production has started

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
