Featured Art Work

Explore a curated collection of original fine art photography, handcrafted photographic artwork, and whimsical pet portraits. Every piece begins with one of my own photographs and is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate beauty, imagination, and the stories around us.

Welcome to the Studio

Hi, I'm Chellie—the photographer and artist behind Calico Poppy Studio.

Every piece begins with one of my original photographs. I don't use stock images, AI-generated artwork, or one-click filters. Every work is carefully crafted by hand through my pixel-by-pixel editing process.

Whether you're drawn to fine art photography, whimsical pet portraits, or colorful abstract creations, I hope you'll discover artwork that makes you smile every time you see it.

Stories That Deserve to Be Seen

Photography can do more than make something beautiful. It can make something visible.

Through documentary projects, Calico Poppy Studio explores the lives, work, experiences, and communities that are too often overlooked.

These projects are created to tell honest stories, build understanding, and bring attention to people who aren't always seen.

Because every story deserves to be remembered.
