Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Calico Poppy Studio. Every order is prepared with care because I want your artwork and keepsakes to arrive safely and beautifully. Most physical orders are processed within three to five business days before shipping. During holidays, special promotions, or new collection releases, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. While I do everything I can to ensure timely delivery, Calico Poppy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond my control. If your order arrives damaged or you experience a shipping issue, please contact me within seven days of delivery so I can help find the best solution.
