Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales of digital downloads are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been delivered.
If you experience a technical problem downloading your purchase or receive the wrong file, please contact us. We'll work with you promptly to ensure you receive the correct product.
Physical Products
As Calico Poppy Studio expands, we will offer select physical products, including fine art prints and custom keepsakes.
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We'll review your request and work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Because many of our physical products are custom-made or printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item or size
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
